So, I like to make pottery. Paint it more specifically. It is a really relaxing way to pass the time as I have nothing to do now that classes are over. Right now I am working on a multitude of gifts for people I have met and are going to meet this summer.
So far I have made things for these people:

Justin Cook- Hatsuharu Sohma Mug (he really liked it, I painted a cow figurine white and black and put it inside the mug as well XD )

Mike Mc Farland - Master Roshi Mug (I have photos up of it)

Chris Ayres - Suitengu/Isaak Von Kampher Mug (ditto)

Rissa Star- Yusuke Mug (ditto)

Rebecca Dixon- Lovie Mug (being fired)

The Captain (from El Gato)- El Gato Mug (ditto)

Chuck Huber- Hiei Mug and Hiro Mug (the Hiei mug is being fired, the Hiro mug is drying)

Laura Bailey- Shin Mug and a Sana Mug (the Shin mug is being fired right now, the Sana mug is drying)

Jared Hedges, Alex Muniz, Joel Bergen - Shin Chan mugs, the mugs didn't fire properly- I am repainting now

Greg Ayres- Koyuki Mug with awesome guitars in PROGRESS :)

Leah Clark- Nodoka Mug in progress

Adam Sheehan and Jonathan Brands- I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, If anyone has any suggestions let me know, K?

When I get the list of people going to AX I can finish my list properly... I hope people like what I am working on...
Yours,
Sarah

I am addicted to Hil's carpeting. It is the most indestructable carpeting ever which makes me very happy as it is blue and very comfy. It also smells good. I have ranted about the place which I call my happy place :) - We are having a mini yuyu hakusho marathon which is of course making us happy cause I get to spout random bits of trivia about voice actors and hil gets to laugh at me and comment on Karasu and Kurama and as Kuwabara says in the japanese version "the queer club". Now *bounces* I am sooooo excited!!! Hil is borrowing my kodocha DVDs (7-8) so i can borrow YYH #12 so I can here Jerry Jewell go "I thought I was crazy, but this one takes the prize, what the hell was that you don't make bombs go boom in yer face!" in an faux irish accent. I am so deeply amused by him. :)
all I have to say is: EJIPUTO kidori de SUFINKUSU AMERIKA kibun de TEKISASU!!!

On this past Monday, my family friend (and my good friend as well) Isaac Meyers was hit and then dragged to death by a truck in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Isaac was a student and a teaching assistant in the classics department and was recently translating hebrew poetry into greek. Isaac has been a role model for me - academically and personally. His quirkiness never overbore his kindness and he will be truly and deeply missed.
I remember the day I learned to ride my bicycle, I fell off and split my lip open really badly. I was bleeding and crying really hard so my parents rushed me to the Meyer's home, only a block away from where I had fallen. Neither Nahma (the mother) nor Billie (the father) were home at the time, the only one home was Isaac who was very cute and extremely sweet as he welcomed us into his home, washed my face, put antisceptic on the wounded lip and then put the bandaid on himself. This act of kindness was so small but to a little girl he became sort of legendary in my eyes. We kept contact through the years as he graduated highschool and first went to Yale then Harvard. I miss him so much already.
